Bob Lake camp and trail clearing adventures, day II

OK this is what we did on Sunday.
Oh good!  Bill our neighbor is coming over with Chase!

Ya, no one ever touches us over here.

Me and Chase can't get enough of tussling fun!

Then Marj and Doug showed us to help on the trail.
We're so glad they are here!
We packed up and headed out.
We're going to hike out to where we left off yesterday.
Someone had axed this off years ago.  Arlyn was impressed.
The beauty of insects found on the trail.

Ya, that Marjory knows how to clear trails.
So glad to have her helping.

And Doug!

Oh that's looking better.

Remember the weedy patch from yesterday?
See now? Nice and neat!

Oh ya Doug, get those little stubs cut off.

I don't mind leaping over this but the 2 leggeds do.

This is where the spur trail meets the NCT.

Sandy cleans up the intersection.
Guess we should ask about getting the sign replaced.

We hike back.
Back at camp, we treed a couple of red squirrels.
We guarded this position for the next hour.

Bye bye, Bob Lake camp.
It was such an exciting, busy weekend and we both feel asleep
as soon as we got on the road. I hope we can go back soon.
