Bridge replacement project is moving forward!

On Thursday we meet a very friendly gal from Michigan Department of Environmental Quality who looked at our bridges that we need to replace this fall.   I love to get into the gorge as much as possible, so Arly let me tag along.

At the Sisu bridge, Bill inspected its under side and
it was measured for its eventual replacement.

Next we moved upstream to the middle bridge.

Ya this gorge and creek is my favorite.
Maybe you should take a picture with ME in it?

Now Arly helps Linda measure the creek banks.

We had so much fun together.

Important part of this project is to scratch the ears
of the trail mutt.

With my help, we'll get this done.

KNSC just bought this trailer (it's used) to keep construction supplies and tools at the bridges this fall.
