Oh ya. We were lucky enough to have Marj and Rebecca along to help continue on down segment 34 towards that big crossing of the West Branch of the Sturgeon.

| Marj takes care of the trail near Tibbets Falls but came to help us here. |

| Rebecca is just getting involved...we're so glad she joined us! |

| I spied some interesting growth. Fungus? Lichen? |
![]() |
| Marj and I took our break together. We all needed it! |
![]() |
| Arly spied a dead tree, that easily could topple over and block the trail. |

| Since the saw was available, he took care of it today. |

| After Marj and Rebeca left, we walked forward and decided to "sprint" to and clear the beaver dam crossing. |
![]() |
| Made it to the crossing! |
![]() |
| We found many planks along the way... covering holes so hikers don't get hurt?? |
![]() |
| Once the weeds and grass was cut, you could see the ground and planks. Easy crossing! These tools are the most important ones we bring. |

| Blazes marked the way, once upon a time. |

| We also cleared the top of the beaver dam. This path was blazed also. The berries were no match for the string whacker. |
