On Saturday, Ellen joined us for more brush clearing fun at the Pilgrim Forest trails.

| We got another 200ft or so, done today. Ya it was brushy. |

| Oh ya, no one ever scratches my neck at home! |
 |
| To avoid cutting new growth of white pines and spruce on the logging road, we moved to the ditch where only maple whips had sprouted. |

| In the afternoon, we strolled down to river. |
 |
| And looked at the clearing left to do. |
 |
| It's not as bad as the photos show. We'll bypass many of these trees. |
 |
| We lounge at the picnic table. |
 |
| And now we head for home. It's fall color time already! |
