Oh how we love going to church!

Oh, we've had a busy, busy Sunday.  It was quite the day for us trail and church mutts.  This post will be all the fun we had at Good Shepherd church!  Next is a romp in the snow.
Being an experienced church-going mutt,
I know how to place myself for optimal affection.

Ya Wally, you just gotta get in under an arm and you'll get a nice hug.

There's so many friendly people to see!

Wally, this is Jennie! I haven't seen her in a while! I'm so glad she came
here today, just to see us.

Oh ya, you're just the right size for optimal fondling.

Ya! I love kids too.

Anthony is a real dog lover ya know.

Oh ya, you can hug me any time.

Oh ya Cindy you can just keep right on doing that.

Ya Scarlett that's it.

Bye-bye, Judy! See you next time.

Oh I like when everyone is at my level.

We can wrestle some.

I'll try and be good, you're little like me.

Christine knows I like my back rubbed.

I hope we see you kids again soon!

Bye, Dominic! We're glad you're getting to be a dog person.

Bye Ariel!

Oh, even Karrie got on the floor with me!

Bye-bye, Anthony! See you next time?

Snow romps and birds!

Snow romps and birds!
Ya, we love to see the snow, but the Niger feeder roof might need
some cleaning.  Seems like the birds don't mind!
We've received around 200" to date.

The pedestrian bridge is also seeing lots of snow building up on it.
I'm glad it's 4ft wide, and has a railing!

Swedetown creek keeps flowing, despite the cool weather we've had.
It never freezes over!

We got out for a nice romp on Maasto trails plus around the
Tower Loop today.

This is on the trail along the west shore of Mud Lake.

Ya!

Some snow is looking rather strange.

Next we romped in Churning Rapids.

We had such a nice ski today!

Another excellent day for a romp!

Oh ya,  Arly and Sandy got us out for a ski again!   Snow has slowed down so he's got the afternoon off.
Hey! My legs may not be getting much longer, but
at least they are getting faster.

The pack skis together.

Hey, don't leave me!  You know I've got short legs!

I was just out exploring the ice and water.  Puppies do that ya know.

Whew! Getting stuck is stressful, for a puppy.

Hey! Friendly skiers, with an equally friendly trail mutt!
Ya, we can rastle.

Ya, you can rub me.
Gromit has taught me how to rastle too! Here I come!
At home, the red poll don't mind the snow, as long as they can
get to their thistle seed.

New Year's snow romp!

Ya, us trail mutts don't get out to run in the snow much.  On New Year's Day, we got out again!
Snow has a way of making ordinary things artsy.
Trail mutts love this stuff!

We headed up The River Trail first.

Hey! I'm going to show you how annoying puppies can be,
by biting your pole basket!

We bumped into some friendly Ironwood skiers.

Oh ya Phil, I haven't seen you in quite a while.

Hey! Why did she put my lead on??
I was having so much fun, biting Jonathan's baskets.

Down Sunset Trail we all bound!

We stopped on the Outback Trail, just because it was so pretty there.

And, the sun even came out!

With only a light breeze, the chilly day wasn't so bad.

I got only a little frosty.

We had to take a closer look at the snow mushrooms.
The gorge was gorgeous, especially when the sun came out.

Near the pedestrian bridge

We hope we can come here again tomorrow!
