Saturday fall color romp up north!

On Saturday morning we headed up the Keweenaw for a business meeting in Calumet, then a hike to see the fall colors.
Look like Arly might be operating one of these this winter.
It's a Pisten Bully 400

After that, we headed up to Mount Bohemia for a hike.
We'd never hiked here before.

During lunch on the trail, styrofoam snow started to fall.

Oh ya.

It was so, so pretty here.

We might be at, or just past max color.

Still a great day for a hike.

Some people say "Michigan must be flat".

This is Lac LaBelle we can see below the chair lift.

Winter dogs appreciate this "snow like" weather.

Arly! We could go swimming down there.

This is yet another alpine ski run, down this mountain.

Colors on the way home.

The Styrofoam snow continued to fall at home.
What a nice day to be an outside dog.
