The rest of Easter vaction, and our trip home!

Oh Ya. This will be our last day in Ely and our trip home on Monday
To celebrate Easter, what better way than to romp around
the loop going 'round Bass Lake?

Sunny and cool...just right for trail mutts.

We found some bare ground to sniff.

This is at the far end of Bass Lake.
This spot has a very interesting history.
This is gravel from the great wash out.
Wally! It's getting warm out.
Lucky for us there's still lotsa snow.
Of course, the 2-leggeds complained that it was tougher going.
Here, we've joined back on the trail shared with the Dry Lake loop.

The 2-leggeds had it easier again here.

Almost back, we took a quick break before heading
home for yummy Easter dinner.

Grampa and Gramma opened the gifts we got them.
I recommended some squeaky toys too but I was out-voted.

On the way home, we stopped in to ski the Miner's Park trail.
Mutts always pay, wherever we are welcome!

They groomed it up today, just for us!

There's always something interesting to investigate when
you're out and about.

There was a striding lane, and a romping lane.
We were so happy to get out for a little romp!

We'll stop by again next time we're in town.
