On Friday afternoon, we met with three people who are running for Houghton City Council. They are: Joan Suits, Virginia Cole (goes by Jan), and Brian Irizarry, joined by his three boys. We did a short hike with them to view the Nara trail conditions, or lack of upkeep of them.

| The sledding hill doesn't get mowed at all. It's not being groomed for the 1st half of winter. |

| Then on Saturday, the pack started doing fall yard clean up but Mother Nature had different ideas. |
