On Sunday, trail clearing adventures continued.
While working on trails, we see 1st hand that fall is upon us. |
We head south from the canoe launch parking area again,
to continue work on this section. |
Older, more mature mutts, sit on high spots to watch
on what's happening. |
Ya, we'll get more done here. |
Its getting late, so let's take a little break and
hike down the trail. |
Moss hair that fell off this tree. |
Late in the afternoon, we headed further down the trail
to see how far we'd got, and how much work remains. |
The mutts recommend a cooling dip, followed by vigorous
rolling around in the needles, any chance you can get. |
This is such a pretty marsh.
Across from here is the viewing platform,
which we cleared last time. |
Now back at camp, younger mutts are winding down. |
We relaxed a bit before supper and packing. |
Oh, and we bid our farewell to Larry, Jordie and Diane who'll be
heading south this week Diane has helped us much! |
Back at camp, trail mutts can't stay awake any longer. |
For a quick meal before we head home, brats were cooked. |
Puppies couldn't stay awake any longer, just like the older mutts. |
On the way home, we had better dogs. |
