Deep snow romp in the sun

The sun came out, so Arly was outside with us taking care of snow and we romped around the yard some.
Even the plant cover is buried. I jumped way up on it.

Hey! We see bunny tracks.  Arly blew a path to the bird feeders.
Sandy got off a bit early, so we headed down to South Boundary
road to ski in there before dark.  The days are getting longer!
The snow is getting deep and if it keeps up,
this gate might get buried.

Pretty deep for a Kelpie with little paws.

Border-dors have much better flotation.

I led the way at first.

The sun was going down.

This last snowfall was quite fluffy.

Me and Gromit didn't go off trail too much. It's deep!

This is the picnic table at the Pilgrim River overlook.
Yes lotsa snow!

The snow draped over the sign looks rather artsy.

We romped some in the creek bottom and found
the bridge that got washed away last summer.

We had such a nice romp here today.
