On Saturday morning, while the temps were still cool, we thought we'd run over to High Point Rd. and check out the Churning Rapids trails and see if the snow was hard enough to walk on.

| Snow is really down in the sun exposed areas. No snow shoes needed, and not even the Ice Trekkers. |

| Spring creek was bubbling away. |

| Fishers were out. We didn't see them. |

| We romped off-trail here. Snow was nice and hard everywhere. |

| Hunting was good today, so by the end I was getting tired. |

| So nice to have the ground frozen. No mud! |

| Hard to believe we had the place to ourselves on such a beautiful morning. |
