Pilgrim Watershed Trails touch up.

On Saturday morning before it got too hot out, we headed to the Pilgrim Watershed Trails to remove a tree that had fallen across that it. While we were at it, we checked most of the trail and even made a cut-across trail more passable.

A down tree was spied out here this past
week but we couldn't get back to it until today.

This is such a nice three mile trail.

I can even take dips in the Pilgrim River!

They took a short break here. I kept on vermin hunting.

The Spruce have bud-worms here and will die off.

Oh good, we found it.

Buzz, buzz buzz.

A few minutes later, it's gone.

More hiking.

Now we've cut away from the main trail
to make this cut-across path easier to negotiate.
We often ski on this 2 track.
So, we get back to work.
It's kind of a mess.
But no problem for Arly's saw.
One last one before we get out.
Gone in seconds.
What a nice way to spend Saturday morning.
