With a mild, fall like weekend forecast, we took to opportunity to head out to Courtney Lake for more ski trail clearing today.
| Gee whiz! Let's get a going already!! |
| We continued going north towards the wintertime skier trail head. |
| Ellen joined in on the fun again! |
| Oh ya, no one at home rubs me good like this. |
| OK back to vermin hunting! |
| Boss tracks in the sun light. Artsy! |
| Wonder when the wheels will be swapped out for the pods? |
| Perfect day for trail work. |
| No wind, some sun, and temps just below freezing. |
| Lots better than sweating, mosquitoes, and ticks. |
| I checked on their progress from time to time. |
| Lotsa branches and little saplings were trimmed and hauled away. |
| Corridor is looking better all the time! |
| Lunch break! |
| Hey! I smell chili. |
| After lunch, I went back to work. |
| Someone has to chase down the vermin around here you know. |
| They certainly aren't going to! |
Arly spied a girdled tree off the side of the trail. Why?
Finally, we head back to the truck. It's been a busy day! When we got out, we were paid a visit by Dean and Bubba. However, my lame pack managed not to get their picture. Next time! |
