Swedetown creek gorge hike and other fun things.

On Friday we got out to enjoy the warm spring weather!
In the afternoon, we went for a walk past St Albert and seen
some friendly kids there.  No one every rubs me good at our house!
Later, when Sandy got off, we went for a little hike in the gorge.

We'd not been down here in a while.

Or have good snow to rub our faces in.

Creek is up, but not that up.

The bridge Arly built years ago, is still here.

Lots of debris still down here from the flood, 2 years ago.

Water dogs don't mind creek crossings.

Where as 2 legged one struggle.
I don't see what the big deal is, with keeping your paws dry!

We romp past the previous site of the Middle Bridge.

They told me to jump up here. Hey, I always listen!  Sometimes.

And leap over that scary torrent!

Everything sure looks sad down here.

Why hasn't this been cleaned up? Gee whiz.

There is just so, so much debris still down here.
Keweenaw Nordic must be too busy to clean this place up.

And on May 1st the shabby barrier between the ski and
snowmobile trails remains up. Maybe it will pack itself up?
