Oh ya. The pack has been planning this winter ski romp to Ironwood MI for a while now. Finally it's time to go!
This post is from day 1 and 2; day three to follow.
They are packing! Smarter, older dogs know to stay close by.
Where has the puppy gone? |
After we checked in to the hotel, we promptly headed out
for our first ski. |
The Montreal Trails were recently groomed.
This is in Wisconsin. |
We lead the way up the old rail road grade. |
It was a balmy 26 degrees. |
The 2-leggeds used skin skis.
All paw drive worked great as always. |
Don't forget to support the trails! |
On Saturday, Sandy was at the Sisu but Arly took
us to Wolverine for an excellent adventure. |
Oh ya! We love it at Wolverine Trails. |
There's always lots of friendly people here.
We love trail mutt approved trails like this. |
And friendly dogs too! |
Oh ya, we could tussle all day here and run, chase and growl... |
Out on the trail. Oh, we do like to stop for some nice back rubbing. |
We stopped for a family portrait. |
Ya, you can pet me while you admire the cliffs. |
Oh ya, we made lots of new friends here today. |
I hope we'll see you again! |
Ya you too. |
Hey! Pasta! You know I love that! |
Where's the dog? |
Oh, I found another friendly skier here. |
And another! |
Hey! I'm hungry too. That sausage sure smells tasty. |
Later, we went down town to catch the end of the Sisu race. |
We found lots more friendly skiers!
Even some with glittery cheeks. |
Oh ya we love skiers. They sure were friendly here. |
We located Sandy and got her back to the hotel. |
At the motel, I heard a funny noise coming from that phone.
It was an alarm. |
